How pros earn their score

Finish the job
A score only exists once work is marked complete by the homeowner. Nothing accrues from signing up, from a profile, or from time on the platform.

Verify it happened
Every rating attaches to one specific finished job, closed by a Before & After photo pair, so it can be traced back to work that actually took place. There is no way to post one from nowhere.

Count what went wrong too
Cancellations, no-shows and jobs closed late are part of the same record as the good ones. A score that only moved upward would not tell you anything.

Earn it again
One good job doesn't carry a pro. The score weighs the recent pattern more heavily than the total, so it reflects who someone is now.

STRAIGHT ANSWERS

The questions people actually ask.

If something here is not answered, it is because we have not built it yet, and we would rather say so.

What happens to my email and ZIP?: We use them to decide where to onboard pros first and to open your area. Nothing is sold or shared. There is no advertising on this site and we do not pass your details to anyone as a sales lead.
Will pros call me?: No. No pro learns who you are until you pick them, and there is no phone number in your profile to share, because the app never asks for one. Once you choose someone, you talk inside the app.
Can the price go up after I accept?: No. When you accept a quote the amount is frozen at that moment, and the pro has no way to change it afterwards. It's enforced in the database, not by a policy we promise to follow. What you accept is what you're charged.
Do I get a real quote?: Every pro shows a price range. Standard jobs are priced from the range that pro set. Custom jobs get a written quote from the pro, and you decide whether to accept it.
What if something gets damaged?: You file it in the app with photos and say what you're asking for, and a person here reviews it. Filing counts against that pro's score straight away, before anyone rules on it. What we don't have is a damage guarantee or a protection fund, so we're not going to tell you a payout is automatic.
Can I book recurring visits?: Weekly, biweekly and monthly visits are priced lower than one-offs.
When does my area open?: When there are enough pros in it. We review and onboard every one by hand, which is slower than switching on a map, and it is the reason the ZIP matters.
